TVR Sagaris V8 driven by Andy Holden in the Dunlop TVR European Challenge, Donington Park on 15 July 2011 – support race to World Touring Cars. The 5 ‘invitation’ cars start from the pit lane whilst the remaining 19 regular comptitors start from the grid , resulting in an exciting charge through the field for the faster cars. Unfortunately a faulty alternator forced Andy’s retirement when low voltage caused fuel pressure to drop below a safe level.
